Was pleasantly surprised late yesterday when sighted a small Kinikini (American Kestrel/Falco Sparvertus) on top of the new nesting platform I installed a couple of weeks ago.
Takes the birds a while to get used to new things in the neighbourhood, but once they find it, hopefully they will put it to good use.
